A total of 100 questions are asked in GAT PGT exam. Candidates can check section-wise distribution of marks below -

• Quantitative aptitude - 40 questions
• Reasoning and verbal ability - 25 questions 
• English - 10 questions

Total time to attempt GAT PGT questions is two hours.

Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management University (GITAM University) conducts the GAT (PGT) 2025 entrance exam for admissions in courses such as M.Tech and other courses. The candidates can check the page on GITAM University to know more about the institute.

For admission to the two-year MBA course at GN Group of Institutes, candidates must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. They must have passed a three-year graduation in any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) without any grace from a recognised Indian University or its equivalent recognised by AIU to be eligible to apply for admission. The shortlisting process is based on the applicants' national-level Management entrance exams, such as CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, etc. The selection criteria also include a GD and PI.

In GAT PGT for each correct answer, students will get 2 marks while for each incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted. Since there is negative marking the candidates must be careful while answering. They should read and understand the question thoroughly and then answer it. 

Yes, GN Group of Institutes offer a full-time MBA (Elite) via GNIT College of Management. This course is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and offered in affiliation with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). It is a dual specialisations course. A student is allowed to participate in an GAT exam only once for each course and during a single phase. GITAM considers re-appearing as an unfair practice of submitting duplicate applications. Credentials for re-appearing students will not be provided, and such applications will be filtered at various stages of the admissions process. This includes checks such as using the same registered email address multiple times and other parameters
