Candidates with any undergraduate degree and a minimum cumulative GPA of 50% are eligible for admission to the MBA programme; final-year students are also welcome. The CMAT exam and online off-campus counselling provided by DTE, MP are part of the selection process.Candidates for the Integrated MBA programme must have completed any undergraduate degree with a 50% cumulative GPA (45% for students in the reserved category). Almost 50% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered in the marketing course is 8 LPA. Placement opportunities are good. We do get internship opportunities. The college does provide us with placement training. Students placed in our course are nearly 60. The roles offered in this course are finance, marketing, HR, business analytics, and dual specialization.If you've got CS in RNSIT via an entrance test, congratulations firstly. The college is good, and the faculty in the CS dept is amicable and helpful as well. Coming to the placements the placements are good and the placement ratio is almost 100 most of the times. 

ELIGIBILITY: The following criteria apply to admission to different programs: International Business, Full-Time/Part-Time, and Marketing Management MBA programs - Post-graduation or graduation with at least 50% of the possible points.Candidates must receive a valid CMAT score in order to be admitted to MBA programs. 

To enroll in the BBA in Foreign Trade program, candidates must have completed their 10+2 with a minimum grade of 60%. 

Admission to the other BBA programs requires a minimum of 50% in 10+2.

During the previous year RNS Institute of Technology cutoff, the cutoff for MBA based on Karnataka PGCET rank stood  around 1340 for General All India category students. The institute also offers admission to MBA through KMAT. The KMAT score stood at around 108 in the previous years cutoff. The R.N.S. Institute of Technology last-round cutoff, the closing ranks for BTech ranged between 8222 and 153918. During R.N.S. Institute of Technology cutoff 2023, B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive specialisation with a closing rank of 8222 in the last round. In 2023 and 2022, the last round closing rank for B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering there were 8150 and 5651. 

Analysing the previous year's cutoff, R.N.S. Institute of Technology has witnessed a declining trend for B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering programme for the General All India category students.
