These are the top Universities in the world they have their own application process.
You are not familiar with the application process for American colleges, including MIT.
For MIT, USA:
First visit :
http://web.mit.edu/
Then click on undergraduate admission
or go through this link:
http://mitadmissions.org/index.php/
Then click on MYMIT
or go through this link:
https://my.mit.edu/uaweb/login.htm
because you don't have username and password click on register now
and fill the details like : your citizenship , area of interest

Hi Harshwardhan,
For doing masters from Oxford or Cambridge university, you need to give IELTS with a band score of 7.0 for both the universities.
