Hello Rakesh Nair,
Getting a Canadian visa for studying in Canada is not dependent on your scores in different eligibility examinations. However, as a matter of fact, these examinations are indeed important but from the perspective of getting admission in an institution. Once you get the admission then based on this admission letter, the Canadian embassy in India will issue the relevant visa for your stay in that country. So, getting admission is a must for getting a visa and it's not the other way round.

Typically, a 4 year Bachelor degree with a first class is required. Work experience may be required depending on the university. You must also take the IELTS. Criteria differs from university to university.

UK, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and many more. PGDM is good, they are professional courses. If you are interested in rigorous studies and interested for a career in academics and research, then you should go for Masters.

Hi,
Depends on what you want to do, your career plans, what kind of job you seek and what kind of value you seek. Health Management, public health courses etc. are relevant. Its a very general query, you are asking since it is your choice.

Gain some work experience to offset your grades. Get involved with some strong projects, earn a certification etc. Canada will be extremely competitive, 59% won't be acceptable for the programme you are desiring for. Australia and Ireland are possible. Strong reference letters and SOP will also be evaluated.

That depends on the kind of University you are looking for in Canada. University of Windsor is one of the top universities in Canada. The cutoff they are looking for is 70 or 75 percent. But there are colleges who have lower cutoffs but of course, these universities might not have that much of a reputation than those at the top. Whichever University you choose make sure that you are able to obtain a job after that with a decent package or choose a different country to do the course.
