No university will accept General module IELTS. You have to do only Academic module.

MBA has three different level. One for freshers who has no experience, we call that as Freshers MBA. Second one is with 2 or three years any experience, we call it executive MBA. Third one is called AMBA, MBA which is meant for managers. That is, you need a minimum of three years of managerial experience. You need IELTS to prove your English proficiency. No need of GMAT for freshers. For others also, GMAT is not mandatory.

You should instead try to get a job in India, gain some experience and then look out for opportunities abroad. You can do MBA, MS Finance, MS Professional Accounting etc. PG Diploma programs in accounting and finance is also there.

Hi Raj S, you can check Ryerson University, UBC Sauder School of Business, and University of Victoria etc. MS Management programmes does not require experience but you should check the degree requirement on their websites. They prefer 4 year Bachelor's degree. You must also take GMAT or GRE.
