I think with 70% you have a very good chance with SPP. Your IELTS score is good too. You will need a very good SOP and also reference letters to strengthen your overall application package.

You should first check university specific admission requirements and decide which university or universities you want to apply to. You can shortlist 5-7 universities. For PG level courses, our CGPA is good, but your IELTS seems low. So, it is better if you check the university websites to get first hand information and updates. Email them if necessary.
