To apply to Red River College of Applied Arts Science and Technology, follow these steps:
Check the admission requirements for your desired programme on the RRC Polytech Catalogue
Create an account with Red River College Polytechnic and fill out an online application
Submit your application and pay the application fee

Even if you are an indian student transfering to pursue higher studies in canada, you dont need to categorise as a tranfer or an international student while applying through OUAC as all applicant follow the same set of rules for it
