With this score, getting admission in Indias good universities will be difficult. Canada diploma will suit you. Many colleges in Canada offer diploma programs however a degree holder has more value. I will suggest you to enroll for diploma but later opt for degree courses. Usually students don't return to India but in case you want to don't go for diploma courses. A degree from reputed university works better in India as well

Dear Parth,
41% is very low and unless you have very high GRE and TOEFL or IELTS scores consideration will be very less.
Best Wishes

Hello, competition is immense however agriculture is a very demanding area in Canada. A bachelor degree may help you fetch entry level jobs but being a foreigner you must have better skills and qualifications to be recognized. I will suggest you take up a PG Diploma course in agriculture or related field, work permits are applicable to international students, if you are lucky enough you can apply for a PR later.

Hello, well I don't see any reason why you can't. Just check the university websites and their requirements, top universities require a GRE score sometimes and also have certain academic requirements too.You must also take a TOEFL or IELTS score.

Hello, you can if you meet the requirements such as work experience, you must have GMAT scores and TOEFL or IELTS. There are few colleges not requiring work experience but you need to then check if they provide your desired specialization.

Hi, LORs are generally from counselors, teachers, supervisors and managers ( if you are working), it has to be someone who knows your skills and competencies, if the students you are talking about worked with you or are in a position of recommending you, they might but generally its s no.
