However I would like to advise you that the admissions in Canadian institutions are not exclusively dependent on academic performance but depends on host of different aspects. No it is not recognised by WES Canada but it has exchange programme with renowned universities of ITALY and JAPAN.

I would suggest you to give it again because Canada always asks for more than 6 as a band which would make it equivalent to 7 based on CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark). So better give it again and try to get more than 6.5 in each section.
