With 32 backlogs, admissions are next to impossible in these countries. Also your CGPA is not too good or competitive. Please consider other countries. UK colleges could be an option, you can also check institutes in Ireland, Poland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Italy etc.

Getting a Canadian visa for studying in Canada is not dependent on your scores in different eligibility examinations. However, as a matter of fact, these examinations are indeed important but from the perspective of getting admission in an institution. Once you get the admission then based on this admission letter, the Canadian embassy in India will issue the relevant visa for your stay in that country. So, getting admission is a must for getting a visa and it's not the other way round.

You can apply to colleges and under SDS or general category. Some colleges which are well known include George Brown, Durham, Red River, Seneca, etc. Check the websites of different colleges for entry requirements, deadlines, fee, etc., and prepare your application accordingly.

Based on the admission requirement of the respective university, you should have scored, 6.5-7. They are good scores to get into Canada colleges and universities. But, 5.5 in section can be a matter of concern, and you will have to re appear for the IELTS exam.
