Admission requirements for international students are as follows:

Advanced Placement Program (AP)
Applicants from the AP program must complete high school (or its equivalent) and meet the English language and program-specific requirements. Andhra Pradesh courses are eligible for admission consideration, and Andhra Pradesh course grades may be combined with an approved high school curriculum to meet Capilano’s admission requirements. Andhra Pradesh courses will also be considered for transfer credit or advanced standing. Check the respective course page for more details.

There are some admission requirements that international students need to fulfil at Capilano University.
- Indian students applying for undergraduate course are required to have state higher secondary school certificate (awarded by State Board) or All India Senior School Certificate (awarded by Central Board) or Indian School Certificate Examination (awarded by Council for ISCE).
- Additionally, a minimum grade point average of 2.0 (60%) is calculated on English studies 12 or English 12 or English First Peoples 12 and two academic Grade 12 courses.
