No, you cannot pursue an MD degree after completing an M.Sc. In Cardiovascular Technology. MD (Doctor of Medicine) is a postgraduate medical degree that allows one to practice as a physician. To pursue an MD one typically needs to have completed an undergraduate medical degree MBBS from a recognised medical college. M.Sc. In Cardiovascular Technology is a specialised postgraduate degree programme that focuses on training students in the technical aspects of cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment. B.Sc. Cardiology is a 3-4 year UG degree course. Learning cardiac technology enables doctors to analyse the issue in the heart. In this course, pupils understand the nature of the circulatory system and its problem. There is a good career scope after B.Sc. Cardiology and salary package are also not bad. After completing graduation you may find job in academic institute, private / government hospitals and clinics, health care office, NGOs, rehabilitation center and many more.

Yes, of course you can join B.Sc. Cardiac Laboratory Technology at JIPMER, Puducherry without NEET examination. Admission to the course is made every year. Online registration of application will be made on JIPMER website. Entrance examination will be conducted every year.
