As per my opinion, I would say social media marketing executive as it would help you learn a lot, you'll use a range of social media platforms and techniques. You could also do a digital marketing course side by side. All the best.

According to your question, it looks like you want everything quick and fast. Well, chemical engineering is a good option. While applying for private institute you have yo be careful have a research regarding placement. If you get selected in campus interview then there is no need for you to run here and there for a job. In case you don't get placed then you have options like Reliance, Asian paints, IOCL, Shell, Total, Petrobras, etc. You have to apply on your own which is a bit long process. Shipping and Marine are two different career streams. By shipping, we mean that you are getting into the logistics side but why Marine you are becoming the resource that executes work. The minimum qualification to get a good job depends on the sector of job you are looking for, different sector requires different specialisation. If you are looking for IT industry job then Bachelors in Computer Science /Information Technology is a better option. If Finance/Banking is the sector you looking for Bachelors in finance is a better option. So, you must first select the sector in which you are aspiring for a job.

You can go for short term course in food craft. And, may go for hotel management. Chef. Diploma in food preparation, and culinary arts. And, don't worry food is only thing which always attract people, so there is no disappointment in any food related course. You may go for the below link:

I would like to tell you that the placements you get in the college may not be the best you can get, but I felt like they aren't just unworthy, you must check out the opportunities available for you beyond college placements and wisely opt. For any of them whether its college placements or off campus placements.
