Large law firms in India, the likes of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, AZB, Jyoti Sagar Associates (JSA), Trilegal, Khaitan and Company, Luthra and Luthra pay in excess of Rs. 1 Lacs per month to freshers. Banks like the ICICI bank too pay nearly the same. Mid-tier law firms like Desai and Diwanji, Nishith Desai Associates (NDA), Wadia Handy and Co. , Kochhar and Co. , Bharucha Partners etc. Pay anywhere from Rs. 40,000/month to Rs. 80,000/month. There is nothing as such that, if you pursue a particular course then only you will do well in future or your career will grow. If you do something that you are interested in then you will like your work and you will be willing to do it and hence you will succeed automatically. In many cases people who are forced to pursue a particular course just for the sake of career fail to succeed and people who choose their field of study according to their interest succeed.

There are so many disciplines where you can go after the 10th Class like Engineering, Management, Design, Hotel Management and Tourism, Fashion Design, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Architecture. Well, it is totally up on you. There are many Chef courses,which you can opt for, if you want to be a chef. But, I will prefer to do the Hospitality Management course, as they will teach you about basic and different kind of things like how to present yourself, how to prepare yourself, if you want to open a restaurant and so on.
