Dear Yashojeet,
Travel and tourism sector is not just limited to operating tours! Firms involved in this sector have to take care of the following aspects:
Hospitality management
Marketing
Finance and account management
Customer service management
HR management
Material resource management
Travel and tour operations
Visa executive
Travel planner
Overall it is a very good job profile if one is interested in such a career. A person gets to learn many things and indirectly or directly also plays a very important role into public relations. I hope this would suffice. All the best and God Bless You.
