It depends on your interest and what are your preferences. At first, you ask yourself that you want to go for civil services (government job) or business and management is your passion. What makes you feel good? Both are very reputed sectors and you have many responsibilities. Both offer you attractive salary and various perks. However, our society gives preferences to the government jobs. You have the option to go for management after you take up a government job but vice versa is not possible. It all depends on you whether you want to do a job after your B.Tech or you have interest for further learning then you may opt for M.Tech in the field which seems to be more interesting to you.
