It's good to see that you had completed your MBA. I will recommend a few courses that you can do CFA and CRMA. You can also do big data analysis or online courses from: coursera https://www.coursera.org/courses?languages=en&query=free+courses+in+mba

Since BTC is a two year regular course, you may look for distance courses in any of the subjects you wish to specialize in like B.A/M.A mathematics, psychology, education etc. You may also pursue online courses related to education, education management, education technology etc from portals like coursera.org, EdX. Another option is ignou that offers certificate courses related to psychology, child development, counselling, blended learning, curriculum designing, policy making, subject specific certificate courses are also available.
