The average salary for a dialysis technician in India is between INR 49,000 and INR 6 LPA. Whereas, the average annual salary for a BSc in Perfusion Technology in India is between INR 2.97 Lacs and INR 15 lakhs.

If you're more interested in working with patients who need kidney care,  BSc Dialysis would be a good choice. However, if you're fascinated by cardiac surgeries and want to work in highly specialised environments, BSc Perfusion Technology could be a better option.

Both fields offer rewarding careers, but perfusion technology may offer higher specialisation and scope for advancement.

Having a Radio Jockey course can act as a basic entry ticket to various stations, but a candidate having some experience and any type of documentation to validate the same will take them a long way. It is always advisable to do some intern work before applying for a full-fledged job.
