Although a Mass Communication degree or Diploma is the most preferred education background for establishing a career in Communication, it is not mandatory if the candidates exhibit the required skills such as written and verbal communication skills, creativity, interest in news, time management ability, interpersonal skills, etc. would be preferred for a career in Communication field.
