No, you can not pursue oncology. The eligibility to pursue oncology is mentioned below:
- Students should have an MBBS degree recognised by the Medical Council of India. - Candidates who have a postgraduate degree MD recognised by the Medical Council of India or appropriate DNB of National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. MD (paediatrics) or equivalent (including Diplomate of National Board in Paediatrics)

According to latest new there will be 20% of cutoff marks from the total marks I. E, you can still try to get seat in career infotech solutions. If you answer 80 questions out of 100 questions you can easily score 80% of marks and remaining will be thrown in cut off section. Try to prepare mock tests and have knowledge on current happenings.
