No you are not eligible for DR studies as your not from Science background
But commerce is not a bad platform you can choose CA as your career it is demand now and high paid salary is given.

No, students with commerce background are not eligible for agricultural course
I suggest you to do any Certificate course on agriculture, or by some experienced person who is well known for agricultural practices.
