This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. Each MBA specialization needs specific personality traits, so it is advisable that keeping in mind ones personality one decided the specialization. For example- if you are an extrovert and like interacting with people and being on field the Sales & Mkt could be the option. It you are good in people management & counseling then HR could be a preference. If you are good in managing & organizing / coordination then Operations could be a preference.
So, please evaluate your personality traits & also check with your friends & relatives on your strengths & then take a call.

You can take streams like MM or FMM, but these streams are only available in some schools. So, apply for only those who give you these options.

In my personal opinion, BBA in International Business is a good course as this course is generic. A business is made up of different pillars - marketing, finance, management, operations, etc. And this course will enable you to understand all different pillars and give you good insights of each and every aspect of business. But after completing BBA in IB, I would advise taking up a specialisation for Masters. BBA in IB will strengthen your core knowledge and then Masters in a specific pillar will give you an edge.

Hope this helps.
