Yes, BA in psychology can help you in being a good motivation speaker, because you get to learn about human behavior and mind which is useful when we are motivating someone. Although, it's not compulsory to do it, you can do diplomas too to be a good motivational speaker. This is great as a career because it is developing in India and soon, all people will need is motivation. Motivation to work, to earn, to live.

It's not compulsory that you have to take arts to get admission here. The minimum requirement for admission is 45%(40% if you are from reserved category) in any stream from a recognized board. The admission is based on the entrance exam.
