Both are the same and both are 4 years programme. Mostly B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture is preferred by the students. Getting a good job depends on various factors like from where you have done your Graduation, your skills, your knowledge about the field, the Industrial experience and exposure if you have any. There are ample of opportunities in this field both in Government and in Private sector.
