This would depend a lot on your interest areas. There are a whole lot of short term courses that one can pursue eg:
animation, graphic designing, software courses, creative writing, fitness instructor, yoga therapist, cookery, makeup artist, dress designing, painting, dancing, editing, acting, public speaking, personality development, foreign language, tally, bookkeeping, etc.

As you pursued B.Tech in Chemical Science. My advice is to choose M.Sc. To become a lecturer of Chemical Sciences. Once you complete the postgraduation in Chemical Sciences, you can apply for CSIR NET Exam. The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research conducts the CSIR NET Exam through which candidates are selected for the post of Assistant Professor. Candidates are also awarded with Junior Research Fellowship through this exam.

Hi Amal,
In foreign, you may have the degree in MS in Data Science, MS in Statistics, MS in Artificial Intelligence in the field of Data Science. When it comes to scope, that is plethora. You we'd to have technical and behavioral skills to outperform from the competition. I am not sure about New Zealand, but America can be the best option for this. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

What do you mean by future degree here, please? If you specify, we could help you better. However, whether you should do B.Tech, depends on your field of interest. Not everyone wants to pursue engineering, so there's no point of doing it unwillingly or dropping out a year later or so. Find out which courses are of your interest, and go for higher studies in that field itself. All the best.

Hi Gunjan,
See, it is not decided on the basis of boys or girls. Now a days, girls are also doing those all jobs, which boys are doing. Now, it depends on your interest that in which field you are more interested. Although physiotherapy is more demanding as per current scenario. So, you can go for this course. You will get everything like good salaries, job satisfaction, respect from society etc. If you earn good salaries, then you can settle anywhere in the world. Best of luck.

Career Requirements. Animators typically have Bachelor's degrees in computer animation, fine art, or graphic arts. They're expected to be creative and artistic, with communication and time management skills. They must also have computer expertise and the ability to use animation and video editing software.
