It's natural to be confused at this stage, choosing a course from a wide range of option is not easy. You must first figure out your interest and aptitude. If I may suggest take a psychometric test to analyze your skill set. As for relevancy, after commerce 12th, a Bachelor degree majors in finance and accounting is the most relevant. You may also want to check hospitality programs, entrepreneurship courses, sales and marketing international business or you may have entirely different interests as design, journalism etc. Figure out what you like firstly.

Gain some work experience to offset your grades. Get involved with some strong projects, earn a certification etc. Canada will be extremely competitive, 59% won't be acceptable for the programme you are desiring for. Australia and Ireland are possible. Strong reference letters and SOP will also be evaluated.

It's better to go with B.Sc. Nautical Science degree as it is of more importance. B.Sc. In Nautical Science is a 3-year undergraduate course which is split into 6 semesters. Each year consists of 2 semesters and contains a thoroughly practical approach to all the concepts of Nautical Technology.
Thanks.
