The Eligibility for ATC, is only Indian Nationals who have one of the following educational qualifications (with minimum 60% marks) can apply for the post of Junior Executive (ATC). Regular full time Bachelor's Degree (3 years) in Science (B.Sc ) with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized university. Or, full time regular Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (BE /B.Tech) in any discipline.

UG courses in Optometry include:
- Diploma in Optometry
- Bachelor of Optometry (B. Optm. )
- Bachelor of Clinical Optometry
- Bachelor of Clinical Optometry (Lateral Entry) etc.
After doing under-graduation in any of the above courses, the PG courses include:
- Master of Optometry
- Master of Optometry (M. Optm. )
- Master of Optometry
- Master in Optometry etc.

First, you need to clear your backlog. Then, you can contact the concerned authorities of the university for guidance on policies about moving to another college, if available. They will be able to guide you better in this regard.
