With certain changes, the LUMET program is somewhat comparable to the CAT or CMAT syllabus. General Knowledge, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude are among the subjects covered in both tests. But in contrast to CAT or CMAT, LUMET tends to concentrate more on subjects like Business Awareness and may assign varying weights to different portions. It's crucial to consult the particular LUMET curriculum as the focus and difficulty level of these tests may differ, even though the fundamental areas of aptitude remain the same.

No, MBA at AKS University does not need a CAT exam to secure admission into the programme. The admissions in MBA programme at AKS University take place through the CUET-PG exam. Candidates who want to secure admission to AKS University MBA programme should appear for CUET-PG and not the CAT exam.

Along with a valid CUET-PG score, candidates should also have a 50% minimum aggregate score secured in their graduation. The candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria are the ones who are eligible to apply for admission to the MBA programme at the university.

Some institutions conduct their entrance exams, while others may accept scores from exams like MAT, XAT, GMAT, or CMAT.

Therefore, candidates must research the specific requirements of the institutions they're interested in to find the best path for their MBA in IT.
