CAT percentile in the range of 60-70 may be on the lower side for some competitive institutions so may or may not get selected according to the reservations

No, CAT is not required for MBA at Bodoland University. CAT or the Common addmission test is a competitive entrance test that is needed for admission into the MBA programme offered by the prestigious Indian Schools and colleges. 

Bodoland University does not require CAT, but the candidates must complete have completed BBA with acceptable grades inorder to be eligible. They must get a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in their bachelor's degree.
