The selection process at IIM Bangalore for an MBA programme is multi-step. First, candidates have to appear for the CAT exam. The first shortlisting is done based on the CAT score, academic background, and work experience. After shortlisting, candidates are called for a Personal Interview and Written Ability Test. However, the minimum required CAT percentile for IIM Bangalore keeps changing every year, but in general, it stays between 95-98 percent.

Yes, you can get admission to the MBA/PGDM programme at H.K. Institute of Management Studies and Research (HKIMSR) without CAT scores. The institute also accepts other entrance exam scores like MAT, CMAT, or MAH-CET for admission. As long as you have a valid score from any of these recognised exams, you are eligible for the selection process, which includes group discussions and personal interviews.
