Comparatively, among the three, MAT for MBA is easier than CAT and SNAP. MAT is normally taken four times a year and it includes Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning. Number of questions in the exam is 200 and it takes 2.5 hours to complete. The MAT application deadline is different for every session; however, registration for the next sessions is still open. Even the scores received in the MBA entrance examination – CAT percentile rank 69.8 makes it almost impossible to get a call from the IIT ISM for their MBA program. The approximate percentile range that a candidate requires to get through IIT ISM MBA is 85- 95 percentile. Holding 60 percentile in CAT 2023, candidates can receive calls for colleges like AIMS, BITS Pilani, DBS Dehradun, IIEBM Pune and Shri Ram Murti Smarak International Business School Lucknow. Other colleges that you might want to look into are the ICFAI Business School, Upes Dehradun BIMTECH Noida and XIM Bhubaneswar. Most of these colleges have a GPA range of between 60 to 80 percentile. The fee structure of these colleges are different, UPES Dehradun has fee structure approximate INR 13.35 lakhs, BIMTECH Noida has fee structure approximate INR 9.05 Lacs and XIMB Bhubaneswar has fee structure approximate INR 12.78 lakhs.

As per the official website of MIT WPU Pune, the entrance exam is compulsory for admission to the MBA course. The university accepts multiple national-level entrance exams such as MAT, XAT, CMAT, MAH CET, etc., for admission to the MBA course. CAT is among the different entrance exams that are required for admission. Therefore CAT exam is not compulsory for MBA admission at MIT WPU, since the university accepts other enytrance exam as well. However, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any field which is compulsory for MBA admission.

Generally, the difficulty level of CAT syllabus is termed as moderate, majority of the questions appear are of medium, accounting for about 40-50% of total questions while difficult questions constitute about 10-20 % of total questions. The rest 30- 40 percent is regarded as easy, simply to answer by giving facts and some basic concepts. No, CAT is not compulory for admission to MBA programme at AAM Business School. As the college accepts scores of other entrance exams, including XAT and TANCET. 

Moreover, candidates can also appear for admission without entrance exam scores and based on scores obtained in the last academic merit of undegraduation.

The average placements after completing an MBA through ICET (state-level colleges) usually range from INR 3–6 LPA, and regional companies along with small-scale ones participate. On the other hand, the MBA programme conducted by CAT (IIMs and top colleges) usually gives high placements with packages ranging at an average of INR 15–30 LPA, while global recruiters are ready with diversified roles. All the difference is between college names and the quality of recruiters.

For admission to MBA at Nehru College of Aeronautics and Applied Sciences, candidates must have passed have passed Minimum 50% in graduation in any stream from a recognised university or institute. For final selection, the college accepts Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET).
