CAT has three sections – Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude. XAT has four sections – Verbal and Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation, Decision Making and General Knowledge. While CAT is Quant heavy, XAT is more tilted towards Reasoning.

CAT or GMAT scores are not basically mandatory for admission to the AIMER. However, candidates with a valid GMAT, CAT, or other competitive exam scores may submit them as additional qualifications to strengthen their application process. Admission is primarily based on AIMER Gamified Test and also AI-Proctored Interview.

No, candidates who wish to apply for admission at School of Business and Management, Bhawanipur Global Campus can apply through other management entrance exams, such as MAT, XAT, CAT, CMAT, and JEMAT. A valid score in any of these exams is enough for admission into the institute if they have not given the CAT exam. Candidates will have to make sure the latest syllabus and dates of these entrance exams as all of them are different from each other with different crietria and strength.

Candidates must meet the qualifying score of at least 50% (percentile) in any one of the following entrance exams: CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, or ATMA to get into Globsyn Business School.

Yes, the candidates can get in MBA course of Parul University without a CAT score. Candidates fulfiling the course-specific eligibility criteria can apply for admission. Hence, for selection, the aspirants must hold a valid bachelor's degree. The degree course should have been passed with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised university. Hence, the admission is granted on a merit-basis.

No, for IIT Madras, it is clear no. Candidates scoring overall CAT percentile of 70 won't be able get admission at IIT Madras. As per the IIT Madras cutoff 2024, the MBA cutoff rank stood at 85.11 for the General AI category candidates. For sectional cutoffs, the CAT percentile stood at 50.

Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science offers MBA programme across several specialisations such as, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, Human Resources, and others. The duration of this course is 2 years. The eligibility criteria for the same is Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. However, the shortlisting of National Candidates is based on the marks scored in TANCENT/ CET/ GMAT/ CAT competitive exams. While, on the other hand, for Foreign Nationals or NRIs, the marks obtained in the graduation are the deciding factor.

From the past three years, the CAT cutoff remained consistent for SOA University for open category. Even, as per the SOA University CAT cutoff 2024, the MBA cutoff stood at 25 for the General AI category candidates. It is expected that the continous trend will show a consistent trend in the upcoming cycle and it is assumed that CAT percentile will going to be remain same in the upcoming admission cycle.

Soil Institute of Management offers MBA programme through CAT and other related examinations. Specifically for CAT, the MBA percentile stood at 75 for the General AI category candidates. So, it is difficult for the candidates to secure a place at Soil Institute of Management with a percentile of 70 via CAT exam.

Soil Institute of Management accepts CAT, MAT, XAT, NMAT, and CMAT scores for PGDM admissions. The 2024 PGDM cutoff for CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, and NMAT exam stood at 75 percentile, 70 percentile, 95 percentile, 95 percentile and 210 score for General AI category candidates. While taking into consideration the CAT cutoff, as per the year-wise trend, the expected cutoff can stood the same at 75 for the General AI category candidates in 2025.
