Yes, some of the good B-schools do consider the school's academic score. But this is not the only criteria. Your Bachelor's degree score and entrance exam percentile also count.

Yes, you can apply for SSC MS after the 10th but for CHSL and CGL you have to qualify 12th and graduate respectively.

The 10th term-1 result will not declare in online mode. So no result is available on the CBSE website. The board has sent CBSE 10th term 1 mark sheets to the individual schools. Please collect your mark sheet from your school.
