There is no course named as care designing after 10th. Please write the correct name for better response. However some Diploma courses related to hospitality sectors can be done after 10th. The list of few courses is given below.
1. Diploma in Hotel Management
2, Diploma in Hotel & Hospitality Management
3. Diploma in front office operation
4. Diploma in food & catering technology.

Yes, you can. You must have a minimum of 75% in your 10th and you have to clear the JEE entrance exam to get admission into an IIT.
