You have to do class 12th first, then you have to go for graduation, else not possible. You can also pursue a Diploma, which is having no value nowadays.

No, you are not eligible. NDA exam can be given while appearing in 12th exams or post completing 12th. So you have to wait for another two years.

it is better to clear your 12th. From 10th onwards you may get Diploma but then to advance you need a degree which will be available only if you clear your 12th. You can see IGNOU/NIOS.

The expected CMAT cutoff for NIBM Pune is about 94 percentile and above. Hence your CMAT percentile is not enough for NIBM.
