I got 85.5 in 10th 52.5 in my 12th and in got 70 in my Bachelor. Can I get a seat in sdmimd.

Yes, you can. But, there are a very low number of courses and they are too with less chance of a good job.

First, you have to clear CAT exam. Weightage of academics is 40% .60% depends on your CAT exam and other activities.

It totally depends on your interest. I also got the same score and chose PCM. If you like that subjects, then go for them otherwise every decision is yours.
