It is a very low CAT score and you may face difficulties in admission. As you have a decent academic profile and with a decent CAT score around 75 to 85 percentile will get into a top B-school.

Can you suggest me the best colleges according to my profile? I got 86.3 percentile in CAT, 78% in 10th, 72% in 12th and 55% in B.com.

CAT or any other qualifying exams are totally based on quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, Logical reasoning, verbal. Maths is an inherent part of these exams. The CPL training eligibility requires you to have maths as a subject for admission. Therefore, it would be a good idea to pursue maths.

It all depends on what college you wish to join, what is the average cut-off there, would you want to take bifocal courses, this year's results, etc. I feel it's important for you to have an interest and passion for proper planning of your future.

Hi, Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks and 50% aggregate in PCM subjects. Candidates who have passed Diploma examination with at least 50% aggregate marks and Mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects will also be eligible for NATA.
