Hi,
CS starts at the 10+2 level. Diploma in CS engineering is not considered to be graduate level. Now, you have 2 options- complete class 12th and do foundation level CS while simultaneously preparing for the exam. ( class 11th+class 12th)
Or,
Do 3 year (with lateral entry) engineering programme, and then professional level CS. See these links also

Hello,Both options are equally good provided you make the most of the time. If opting for working, you need to maintain a fine balance between job and studies and ensure neither of them gets affected. As per the eligibility criteria of B.Ed from IGNOU required the following: A Bachelors or higher degree from a recognized university, and Two years full-time regular teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis as Primary/Graduate/Post-Graduate Teachers in Primary, Secondary/Higher/Senior secondary school recognized by the central or a state government or a union territory are eligible to take admission. So, you can be eligible if meeting the said eligibility criteria. Further IGNOU courses have the full validity across the India for all competitive exams.
