Yes, you can get. Please apply through DTE Maharashtra official website http://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/index.html and complete your registration process. The admission are based on centralized admission process (CAP).

You have not specified the name of the institution you want to take admission into, but if the admission criteria has mentioned at least 60% then you are required to have that much for admission.

Well, you have not indicated your bachelor's marks. You would have to score around 70% in bachelor's other entrance exams are also considered there. And also, they have their own entrance exam. You need to score in that as well.
