XLRI does not require any minimum graduation percentage unlike the IIMS however they generally prefer 75 percent minimum and these will be counted during you GDPI sessions. For details related to cut off please check this link:

To get admission on the basis of 10th, there is only one thing, Diploma or ITI. But these will take another 3 years and after then you can take admission in B.Tech and other courses.
