It depends on company criteria as topmost company most of the time do the filtration while campus recruitment i. e. eligibility criteria above 60% overall, till graduation. No, I don't think so. You can only do it after passing class 12th.

I completed my 10th I got second class.after that I didn't completed my intermediate but I did degree Bcom in 2001 .now I want to study LLB

Graduation is possible without the formal study of 10+2 from distance learning mode like from IGNOU subjected to passing the BPP exam. Bu, for LLB you needs to complete class 12th also. So, you cannot study the LLB without passing class 12th exam.

Eligibility:
Candidate must have passed Diploma/ Graduation from a recognized board/ college/ university.
Or,
Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board and must have 2 years of working experience.
