For designing of games and website, you have to learn Java and PHP. You should join Diploma in computer science in which you will able to read the basic concept as well as practical. After this, you can join any training institute for Java and PHP language.

Join an open school of your state board. It is the best way to complete your study after a gap. First, complete class 10th and 12th, and then you can go for graduation.

You have to pass class 12th first then you can do graduation. There is an open board in every state, you can pursue class 12th from an open board then go for graduation.

State technical boards conduct lateral entry exam for admission in the 2nd year after ITI/12th non-medical, you can take this test. As well as many private colleges provide direct admission just on the basis of the merit in ITI.

Rest, based on your engineering stream, 10th 12th boards, and percentiles in individual components (VA, QA and DI LR), you can try predicting your colleges.
