For designing of games and website, you have to learn Java and PHP. You should join Diploma in computer science in which you will able to read the basic concept as well as practical. After this, you can join any training institute for Java and PHP language.

Make your strength your career. You can opt for history with any combination of political science or any other. Keep your language (English) as strong as now then you should make a career in English or history.

State technical boards provide admission in Diploma on the basis of 10th, so by showing your class 10th DMC, you can take admission in Diploma. Don't worry.

Universities provide admission in the 2nd year BE/B.Tech after 3-year Diploma, so you should go for it to continue your technical study.

You have to pass class 12th first then you can do graduation. There is an open board in every state, you can pursue class 12th from an open board then go for graduation.

State technical boards conduct lateral entry exam for admission in the 2nd year after ITI/12th non-medical, you can take this test. As well as many private colleges provide direct admission just on the basis of the merit in ITI.

You have to show the gap year certificate at the time of admission. There is no problem in such a process.

You have a good chance in getting calls from most of the top B schools such as IIMA, IIMB, IIMI, and FMS Delhi. Rest, based on your engineering stream, 10th 12th boards, and percentiles in individual components (VA, QA and DI LR), you can try predicting your colleges.
