Sorry to say, no, you cannot join.

With commerce stream you can't, but with 10th marks you can surely, however, let me also tell you being a commerce student, in order to get into IT, you need to be good in Math. If you are, then surely proceed, Or you can do BBA and MBA, after your results arrive.

You passed 10. So, you are eligible for giving 12th exams also.

You have a chance of doing B.E or B.Tech in mechanical engineering and now, you are eligible for give RTO exams also.

You have scored less % in 10th and 12th. You have a good score of CAT. So, you have chances of getting a call for FMS and you are from arts background, you have a chance of getting call from IIM. Also, you have chances of getting a call from new IIMs.

After your 12th, you need to give hotel management entrance test. After that, you can do hotel management course with bachelor degree.
