It is totally up to you. Both boards are nationally recognized, and syllabus for both is almost same. Just study well wherever you study, these things doesn't matter much.

You can go for any stream, whether it is Science, commerce, arts. There is no compulsory stream for law. But, I suggest you not to choose PCM, because it doesn't help you in your law. Either go for commerce or arts. Depend on your interest, so, opt for that.
