To be frank your SI score will be very low with these marks. IIT, Delhi takes into consideration all the marks and extra-curricular. Students even with good CAT score don't make it to next stage if SI score is low. So as per my understanding, it is very difficult to get in even 1st stage of the process with these marks if you are a general category student.

To get admission in IIM A, B, C, it is mandatory to take CAT and achieve a good score. Simply, looking at the percentages, it is very difficult to guess, if you can get a call. In case, you secure a good CAT score, your application rating should be good considering these scores.

For admission to Management programme from an esteemed organization, you need to score as much as high percentile you can earn. All the best.

If you are interested in business, so you can take commerce or business management. And after your class 12th, you can take BBA for your further education.
