Hi Mrunal,
I would suggest you to complete your higher secondary education to take up journalism or any other Diploma/degree course. A degree course will anyway have a better value in the industry when it comes to employment. However, some institutes do offer short term Diploma after 10th but it will be wiser to complete your 12th.

The eligibility of NCHMCT JEE 2018 is passed or appearing for 10+2 or equivalent. You are not eligible to appear for NCHMCT JEE exam 2018. You will be eligible for this exam in the year 2020. Before that you are not eligible for this exam. Also, English is a compulsory subject for this exam and student should have passed in English. The calls are based on SNAP entrance exams as well. You have to score above 90 percentile to get in Symbiosis.
