Firstly congratulations on this wonderful score. Chances are very high that you may get a call from IIT Kanpur, Banaras or hardly Madras. Paras, since you have a zero work experience, it could be difficult for you to get a call from IIT-Bombay or Delhi. However, there is no harm in applying. With 94.3 percentile in CAT and good percentile in 10th, 12th and B.Tech, chances are very high for getting admission. IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, etc. can be taken for consideration. These campuses will have a personal interview and group discussion. So, I would suggest you to go with the expectation. The placement and package will be very high after your course completion from IIT.

You'd have to apply to FMS Delhi via its website, before CAT. The last date of the application has already passed.
It usually opens in Sept/Oct and lasts until a couple of weeks before CAT.
