Hi Nihar,
Yes, you can apply but only after taking the GRE. A very good SOP and LORs will be required. Keep checking university websites for average test score requirements etc. and narrow down your options accordingly. Also apply early.

Future does not depend on a particular stream. You should go for a stream if you are interested in it.
I will suggest you to go for non-medical (PCM), not because it can give you a bright future, but because you will have more options through it in the near future.

Hey, It totally depends on the selection criteria for the admissions in that particular year. Just focus on the preparation for the GDPI WAT round and you might actually make it through. If it helps, the 2017 admissions selections criteria was: CAT Score-55%, GDPI WAT-30% and others (10th, 12th, Academic diversity, Gender diversity, Work ex)-15%.
