Is it necessary to complete graduation and after it we can graphics designing and vfx ? can we do it after 12th ?

No it is not necessary to do Graduation for these programs. After XII you could surely take up skill development programs in the field or even UG programs available.

I think if you are a science student you have as much options as commerce students have you can pursue bsc. honors or many other courses like b.tech , diet ., bba , b.el.ed , bms etc. gud luck

To be eligible for IAS exam :
- You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
- You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation.
- Your age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
- You must be an Indian c

You can apply to any UK universities you will get admission. You might have to give some port folio to show you had done something related to Fashion designing
