No. It is mandatory to have studied Mathematics either at Graduation or 10+2 level or / BBA / BCom.

Generally, to pursue PhD you need to pass master's / M.Phil with minimum 55%. You need to sit for an entrance exam.

Below is the list of colleges offering PhD :
