After the CCMT result declaration, if a candidate cleared the cutoff, then he/she should get ready for counselling rounds. Candidates must be ready to register for the CCMT counselling, choice filling and locking of preferred course, keep an eye over seat allotment results, and also they need to pile up all the necessary documents which will eventually be submitted at the time of verification.

University of Hyderabad cutoff 2024 had been concluded across multiple specialisations for various All India categories. During the UoH CCMT cutoff 2024, the M.Tech cutoff scores ranged between 324 and 335, for the General AII India category students. Among all the M.Tech specialisations, M.Tech. in Computer Science is the most competitive specialisation and M.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence was the second-most competitive specialisation with a Last Round score of 324 and 331, respectively.

Your 12th marks will not affect your CCMT result at all. In terms of basic eligibility criteria, the authorities demands a bachelors' degree from a candidates seeking admission to get into M.Tech courses via CCMT exam scores.

University of Hyderabad offers M.Tech specialisations for the candidates seeking to get admission. Considering the GATE last-round seat allotment results, the required score to get into University of Hyderabad for M.Tech programs stood between 375 and 386 for the General AI category candidates. The closing ranks for University of Hyderabad shows a variety of M.Tech courses for the candidates willing to get PG admission at University of Hyderabad. Based on the University of Hyderabad M.Tech cutoff 2024, the scores ranged between 375 and 386 for the General AI category candidates. For the General AI category, a score of at least 378 would be required for admission to this college in the second round. The IIST Thiruvananthapuram CCMT cutoff 2026 was released for the 2nd round for admission to various MTech course branches.

IIST Thiruvananthapuram CCMT cutoff 2026 was released for the 2nd round for different All India quota categories and MTech course branches. 

For the General AI category, the round 2 cutoff ranged from 378 to 548 for different MTech course specialisations. As per this range, M.Tech. in VLSI and Microsystems was the most competitive course for admission. Students can see the list below to know the cutoff range for other categories. 

  • OBC: 326 - 538
  • SC: 260 - 422
  • ST: 260 - 350
  • EWS: 337 - 446

The following documents are required for attending GATE counselling or for registration-

  • Provisional seat allotment letter.
  • Self-Attested Copy of GATE Score Card (2025 or 2023 or 2024)
  • Photo ID proof.
  • The original birth certificate was issued by the competent authority, and the Class X (High School) Board Certificate was used as proof of date of birth.
  • Class 12 marks sheet.
  • Marks sheet of qualifying examination (all semesters).
  • Degree/Provisional Certificate
  • Category certificate (if applicable).

There are two types of GATE counselling that offer admission to M.Tech courses and programmes -

  • COAP - it is a portal through which that offers M.Tech admission at IITs and IISc Bangalore
  • CCMT - is a portal through which candidates have to register for M.Tech admission at NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.
